In such events, customers will be offered alternative dates, a credit for future tours, or a full refund, depending on the specific situation and our ability to recover costs.
- Medical Reasons: For cancellations due to verifiable medical emergencies (with a doctor’s note), we may offer a credit for a future tour or a partial refund on a case-by-case basis, even within the non-refundable period. Travel insurance is highly recommended to cover such eventualities.
- Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend all participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, and personal liability.
